The best invention since sliced bread!

I think the best invention has to be the light bulb and electricity as without them we wouldn't be able to see as you need electricity to light up a light bulb. But you need a light bulb to make light so we can see!

Electricity is amazing because it helps with everything these days and helps us to live our life like we do today! We wouldn't have many gadgets and electronics as we wouldn't be able to charge them and they would be no good at all without it. Surely you must agree electricity helps the world to be the way it is as we are warm and cozy.

We have amusements for the kids and also adults if there is someone you just want to get rid of for a bit! I must admit I wouldn't be the person I was today if there wasn't such a thing as electricity!

Even though this is such an amazing invention it also has its negatives like everything else in this world! It has taken over our world and is leading to global warming. It is killing animals and thinning the ozone layer. As much as we want to rely so much on this invention we must also learn to rely on ourselves and take the responsibility to put on a jumper instead of turning on the heating or not running the battery low quite so often! No matter what other people think, I feel electricity is the best invention since sliced bread!
