Galilei Galileo inventions

It is not always necessary for your creation to be original in order for you to be considered an inventor. As a matter of fact, of the inventions of Galileo, the one that is most noteworthy is that of the telescope. You might be surprised to learn, however, that this was not actually one of Galileo's inventions. As a matter of fact, it had already been invented quite some time before, although it was still new during Galileo's day. Because he had such a keen interest in seeing the stars, he developed his own scope by using what he had heard about the existing version and a little bit of experimentation. What he ended up coming up with is a device that helped to shape the world that we know today.

Galilei Galileo inventions are not necessarily something that we can see and touch but they are things that influence us and those around us. There were many misconceptions about the world around us, especially when it comes to things related to astronomy. Galileo did not need to continue in his studies of astronomy, particularly since he was handsomely rewarded for his development of the telescope. One evening, however, he decided to take a look at the moon through the telescope and with that first look, he began to change the way in which we see the universe around us.

You see, almost everybody was certain that the moon was a smooth celestial body but with just a 10 power telescope, Galileo was able to prove that it was actually pitted and contained hills and valleys. After seeing these things, he began working on another of the Galileo inventions, a more powerful telescope. This particular one was a 30 power and with it, he was able to observe the moons of Jupiter. Up until that particular time, it was not even known that these moons existed but after observing them for several days, he was able to prove that they were actually rotating around Jupiter and not fixed in their position.

This led Galileo to come to the conclusion that the Earth was not the center of the universe, as most people had been taught up until that time. He published this information in a book which was well received by many individuals but was not well received at all by the Vatican. Galileo explained that it was not the scriptures that were flawed but it was those that interpreted them. For this, he was charged with heresy. This was no small matter as there were other men at that time who were burned to death for teaching something similar. Eventually, he was found innocent and was able to continue his work, using the Galilei Galileo inventions that he had conceived.

Although he was not seen at the time as being the visionary that he truly was, his work has greatly influenced the way that we see the universe above us. From a very humble beginning of a 10 power telescope, this man managed to change the world.
